Preference Honour Rate (PHR) 

We will deliver your packages to your preferred location such as your garage, shed or neighbour. This makes sure you always get you package at the safe place that is best place for you! 

Photo on Delivery (PoD) 

If we leave your package in your preferred safe place we will always take a clear photo to make sure you can see your package has arrived safely and it’s in the right place! 

Customer Compliance (CC) 

We will always try a meet you at your door to handover your package but if you don’t have a safe place marked we will always try to call you and text you to arrange the best place for your package! 

Delivery Completion Rate (DCR) 

We want every package to get to our customers but some packages require passwords or are age restricted so we will also call back later and try to call you if we can’t deliver on the first try! 

Delivery Experience (DX) 

We want every customer to have a positive delivery 
experience where you receive your packages in perfect condition from our friendly drivers or find them left in your safe place. If you feel we could have done better then we’d love to hear from you to get it right next time!
